The youth of Showers of Blessing Deliverance Temple are youth with a mission and on fire for the Lord. The Word of God is taught in a manner that “even a babe can understand it.”
Our mission is to nurture the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person aged 12 – 17 in the word of God by providing a place of fellowship and development where we can connect with God, with each other, and the community. We aim to provide a Christ-centered environment where youth may develop intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
Our goal is “train them up” to the next level of ministry service.
KINGDOM PRINCIPLE:
Many people undervalue youth ministry because children are undervalued. Here at Showers of Blessing, we stand firm on Matthew 19:14 when Jesus said, “Let the children come to me.
Don’t stop them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”
Therefore, we give attention to their character, disciplining and teaching them in the word of God, and making a way for them to “come to Jesus.”
